Freeing the Democratic Process from Judicial Tyranny

Our extensive experience litigating human life issues in the federal courts leaves no doubt that the federal judiciary has largely usurped our the will of the people on the issues that impact the very right to life of every human being.

The 1973 Roe v. Wade decision is regarded by most constitutional scholars, even those who consider themselves in favor of abortion rights, to be a violation of the separation of powers. The Roe Court set the dangerous precedent of allowing the courts to act as super-legislatures.

This is not acceptable in our federal democracy. The issues of abortion, euthanasia, human cloning and embryonic stem cell research should be matters for the people to decide in Congress, state legislatures and/or constitutional amendments.
